When my mother wanted to replace her mobile home, she asked for my help. Since I did not live in Bradenton, I went on the e-net to see what was available in her area. After getting several quotes and meeting several contractors, I met Greg and Kerry. They quoted an excellent price and I was very impressed with their knowledge of the project and the local building codes. They finished the job on time and as quoted. The Golf Lakes Park management were very impressed with the job also. Now, my mother has a beautiful new home and I thank both of you for all the little extras you did for her. Ultraluminum was a great company to work with and although we were not there
at the time of our house construction, all proceeded as we had hoped.
We had contracted with them to do our sunroom, skirting on our new house,
the carport and the shed. We were extremely pleased with the outcome
of all! Workmanship was excellent, quality of materials was top notch,
and continual contact throughout the work was exceptional! Photos were
sent, phone calls returned, professional etiquette maintained, even through
those few anticipated problems! We left Florida confident that Kerry
and Greg would treat our home with the utmost care and do what we hoped and
expected them to do. We were not disappointed. And after arriving
there and doing an inspection, we noticed a small problem that had arisen
(due to settling). They attended to it promptly and to our
satisfaction - at no extra charge to us! We had heard horror stories
of contractors leaving and not being seen again, but that was not the case
with Ultraluminum. We have recommended them to others in our park, as
the quality of the work was noted, and people asked who was responsible for
it!

I don't know how to thank you both enough for all that
you have done. Not just for the job, but for all the little extras - some
not so little - that you took into your hands, and solved problems for me
that I didn't know I had. Everything you undertook you did in a concerned,
friendly and professional manner. I had a feeling when I met you that I
could leave everything in your hands and be 1500 miles away while it was
being handled. It was a good feeling, and you did not let me down, while
others did.

Hi Kerry & Greg, We had heard a lot of horror stories!! I am happy to say that everything went even smoother than we had expected. The carport and utility shed looks great. Lots of our neighbors stop to look at our skirting and steps because they look so nice. (Best in the park in our opinion. All Greg's contractors are very professional, but we really appreciated the fact that Greg personally checked on the work being done. Lots of people in our park have commented on the timely manner in which you completed our home. We couldn't be happier and are looking forward to being there soon for another winter season. Hi Kerry & Greg, We arrived from Ohio on Monday a week ago and found the room addition had been completed as promised. Your e-mail pictures were very good to help see the progress of the construction. I keep looking around to see if everything is as promised. As of yet, I have found nothing but good quality work. Juanita keeps saying how well she likes the windows and how well the drywall was finished. I really like the composite decks and the railing. I can't believe we will be all finished well before Christmas. It was nice to find the yard and everything clean and no picking up to do. Kerry, I am a 70 years + man, and in my lifetime I started in 1952 with my first house I designed and built for $9,000. In 1991 I designed and built my sixth home for $320,000, the largest and best of all. In 1998 I lost my wife to Alzheimer's and this caused me to downsize to a smaller home. At this time the Lord took care of me and Marge came along who also lost her husband....to cancer. On June 29, 2003, we were married and decided to have a property in Florida for the winter months. I am the Holiday Rambler State Manager who owns a large motorhome and Marge and I enjoy traveling throughout the United States. We have stayed in several campgrounds throughout the State of Florida, and after staying in Pleasant Lake for the last four years, we decided to buy a new Park Model and build on two rooms with a carport and garage. The next step for us was to find the right builder, and Greg came highly recommended. After sitting down and discussing my plans, with all my experiences I realized this was the man I wanted. After five months with phone calls, e-mails and all the great pictures he e-mailed me it turned out to be one of my best moves. What makes a good job are the subcontractors, and here I had a chance to work with them and found they were all first-class. Kerry & Greg, After we contracted with ultraluminum to build a Florida Room on a new park model we had just purchased, we had to leave for our northern home. We had some reservations about it being built without our being there to watch for possible discrepancies. Our fears proved to be unfounded due to the fact that all through the summer months we were constantly supplied with photographs of each stage of the construction. This proved to be better than our being there. When we arrived in the fall we found that everything had been carried out according to our instructions in a very professional way. If we had any questions they were responded to without delay. We started out being a customer and ended up being a part of the Greg and Kerry Baker family, who are ultraluminum.
