Listed in order from least expensive to most expensive for your convenience.

  •  StyleCrest Premium Plus Center Vent:

Vinyl panels are removable for easy access anywhere under the home. Available in White, Grey, Clay, Tan or Sand.


  •  Vinyl Lap:

Vinyl lap skirting to match siding of home. Includes full frame construction, vents to code and access door(s).


  •  Naillite / K-Rok:

Vinyl panels which have the appearance of stone or brick. Choose from a variety of styles and colors.


  •  Hardipanel:

Hardipanels are pre-primed (must be painted) and have a stucco-appearance. Resists fungus and mildew. Includes full frame construction, vents to code and access door(s).


  •  Combo Vinyl/Hardipanel
Build down 1-2 courses of matching vinyl siding and finish with 6" of hardipanel to create a look similar to that of a site-built wood-framed home with a portion of the foundation showing.  Full frame construction, air vents and access door(s).

  •  PermaBase Cement Board:

Boards are made of Portland cement, aggregate, and glass mesh that provides an exceptionally hard, durable surface that is able to withstand prolonged exposure to moisture. Boards are stucco-finished. Choose from a variety of stucco colors. Includes full frame construction, vents to code and access door(s).


  •  Brick:

Split-faced brick skirting maximizes curb appeal. Includes full frame construction, vents to code and access door(s).


  •  Skirting For Flood Zone Sets:

To lower the skirting profile on high flood zone sets, consider building down 1-2 rows of matching vinyl siding and then finish out with the skirting of your choice.


  •  Concrete Skirting Footings:

It is highly recommended that concrete skirting footings be poured around the perimeter of your home to prevent damage to your skirting from mowers and weed-eaters.
