My involvement in aluminum and the manufactured home business began in
1976 due to my father's influence. My father, Norm Baker, was very
successful in manufactured home community development in Florida. To this
day he still owns a thriving manufactured and modular home business here in
the Sarasota-area, Baker Enterprises.
I received my aluminum/concrete license in 1979 and have been active in
all phases of aluminum and wood construction for the past 27 years right
here in Southwest Florida. I personally design, layout, and oversee all of
our projects. Our field installers, Doug and Michael, are long-time friends
of mine and are both licensed contractors themselves. My wife, Kerry and I,
own and operate Ultraluminum.
I'm a firm, old-fashioned believer in the adage that if
a job's worth doing, it's worth doing right! We are committed to quality and
